Family of 3!

I've known Charles aka Chao since grade 8 and later get to know Vicky in Hong Kong!! We had a tight group of friends back then...and boom...all of a sudden everybody is married with children! We tried to gather together for a couple of times during my stay in Hong Kong. We had a few spare moments to snap a few pictures before sitting down to sip some lemon tea! I adore their daughter Yan-Yan, she's so lovely and gentle!

Vicky & Beano

I've known Vicky through my brother years ago in Hong Kong. Since I've lived in LA for the past years, we really only keep in touch through Facebook! I was happily surprised when Vicky asked me to do a shoot for her while I'm visiting Hong Kong this March! We had lunch over the magnificent view of Victoria Harbor, thanks for Vicky's arrangement! It was fun shooting inside Vicky's home with all the different colors!

Lizza, Alvin and their Chipmunk Babe Wallace!

Wow Alvin and I goes way back...our parents are friends since we were kids and we knew each other since then! At one point Alvin and I were both going to school in Seattle! Remember baby Henry and Nico? Their mommies, Alvin, my brother and I all used to hang out together when we were kids. And look at them now, all got their hands full with their bundle of joy! Wallace is now 9 months old! We spend an afternoon together first taking some shots at their comfy home, then went up to the peak for a little bite before baby Wallace needed his nap! Alvin and Lizza were so sweet to me treating me dim sum and later a tea break after the shoot! I have gotten to know Lizza many years ago when she and Alvin were dating. She so easy and nice to talk to! Gosh I love hanging out with old friends ;)

The Eames House

My cousin Jennifer who's studying interior design at Ryerson Toronto is in town for a few days. So I thought perfect timing to do some architectural touring in Los Angeles! I took her to the Getty which I've been many times already...then wow the Eames house, took my breath away. Most of you must have heard of them one way or the other, so I won't have to do much explaining here. But this time being my first visit absolutely took my breath away....stepping into a piece of design history which has been so well preserved. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves...oh and if you are in Los Angeles and havent yet gone, please do yourself a very nice favor and pay a visit! www.eamesfoundation.org
